General Job Information

Do you hire felons?

Yes, we hire felons with a criminal history. We value the opportunity to help people transition back into the workforce and regain respect from society.

Where do you offer jobs?

We service the West Michigan area through our Grand Rapids, Holland, Ionia, and Muskegon offices.

How long does it take to get a job placement?

There are many variables that determine this. This includes the current positions available, your work history and experience, as well as shift preference.

How can I find other available jobs?

Please contact our office to discuss potential openings with our HRC’s. You may also view a list of potential positions on our website. Search Here

Can you look for another job for me even if I am in a current assignment with you?

When possible, we ask that you give a 3-day notice if you wish to end your current assignment. Please contact our office to discuss your situation with our HRC’s.

How old do I have to be work for Staffing Inc.?

You must be at least 18 years old to be considered for a manufacturing position and at least 16 years old to be considered for our entertainment venue positions.

Do you have part-time work available?

Most of our positions are full time, but part-time positions are available on occasion.

Do you have jobs on the bus route?

Yes, we occasionally have openings available on the bus route.

Application Process

What do I need in order to apply?

You must provide a current picture ID and a second form of ID, such as your Social Security Card or Birth Certificate. Also, please share your work history and your past supervisor’s name and phone number.

What is the application process?

You can apply in our office during our scheduled business hours or apply online

Payment

I lost or have issues with my Global Cash Card, what do I do?

If you have lost your Global Cash Card, you must contact them directly to report your card lost or stolen. Then you may pick up a replacement card in our office.

If you are having issues with your card, contact Global Cash directly.

What do I do if I forgot my password or locked my account?

If you forgot your username or password, try to reset it by clicking on ‘Can’t Access Account?’. If your account is locked, you must contact our office to have one of our team members unlock it.

How do I access my paycheck stubs?

You may view and print your pay stubs and W2’s through our Employee Portal. You will need to enter your username and password.

When do I receive my W2’s and how do I get them?

W2’s will be available on the Employee Portal by the end of January.

If I work holidays, will I be paid double time?

Double time is determined by the company you are assigned to.

Do I get paid holiday time?

Paid holiday time is not a current benefit that we offer.

Do I get paid weekly or bi-weekly?

At Staffing Inc., our employees are paid weekly.

When is payday?

Payday is every Thursday.
