A Message From Our Founder
At Staffing Inc., I've made it my life's mission to create a workplace where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
My journey began as a college student who witnessed a stark disparity between temporary and full-time workers, and that
ignited a passion in me to change the narrative. I started Staffing Inc. and operated on the premise that everyone is equal and
should be treated that way, regardless of their background.
Later that mission evolved, following that same belief, encompassing small businesses.
Staffing Inc. added Axios Professional Recruitment to assist with actively placing mid- and upper-level management. We also
realized that our HR expertise and group buying power had grown with us, and we use that to help small businesses to thrive.
We have since grown to offer a full suite of HR services and leverage our collective buying power to provide
essential services like benefits administration, payroll, insurance, compliance and HR advice—all at a fraction of
the cost that individual small business owners typically face. By lowering their cost of doing business, we
empower the small business community to save money and enhance their competitive edge
