Growing Into the Communities We Serve

Through research, local engagement, and conversations with leaders across West Michigan, we recognized a rising need for a stronger employment bridge in Greenville, MI. As new companies expanded into the area and the city continued to experience economic growth, we saw an opportunity to support both local job seekers and employers in need of talent.

In August, we proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of our Greenville office, surrounded by the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce and community members. Innovation in a Year of Change

2025 also marked a major milestone in our long-term vision for modernizing workforce flexibility. After years of identifying a gap in the market—where employers needed seasonal or event-based support, and workers wanted the freedom to choose when they pick up shifts—we made major developments for our new recruiting tool, WorkShift, which helps connects our hospitality clients with workers who can pick up flexible shifts.

This year, WorkShift officially launched. Already in use at local event venues to support concerts, shows, and large gatherings, the platform is connecting trusted employees with flexible work opportunities in a way that's simple, efficient, and community-driven. We're excited to watch WorkShift evolve as we continue to refine and expand its capabilities.
